OUCH!!!

Well day one went great! day two, now so much!! can barely move today! However i ran a mile this morning then did 3sets of 20 presses, butterflies and one other chest lifting weight things. :)
then at lunch I am training a fellow student on the couch25k running program. i gave completed it a while ago but decided to start it again to i can train her! so we ran/walked for 30 mins.
My plan was to do plyo card tonight with insanity but i think i am going to give my body a rest and do it tomorrow! I feel strong though and am very proud of my self for what i have accomplished so far the last 2 days!
