Abs are killing me! Pure cardio and cardio abs! great wok out today! was not looking forward to doing it but i am trying to stay n track! this morning in had a cup of oatmeal squares and milk. have to figure out lunch now..... must drink more water.....

ugggg wow! i can not slack and take a few days off! i feel it when i get back in to it! my arms are shaking! boy that was a tough work out! but i am done with it for the day!!! just need to do a run this afternoon/evening and i will be set for the day! going to redo the fit test in a few days to see where i am at!!!

cardio abs!

cardio abs! i was a little bummed when this was all i had to do tonight. i saw it was only 20 mins and got a little tear in my eye thinking i wasn't going to really get anything out of it. BOY WAS I WRONG! it was 20 mins of pure hell! i didn't think my abs could work that hard. hell i think there were abs i used that i never realized i had! i cant wait for day 15 to redo the fit test and see how much progress i have made! i feel great, i feel like i am starting to look great! cant wait! here are some quotes that have really pushed me to achieve my goals!

4.5 miles and 41 mins of hell!

4.5 miles ran tonight and also did 41 mins of insanity pure cardio! Boy i am exhausted. but it is sooooo worth it! i am loving every second of it. i can kind of see changes already in my body and it is only day 5! i cant not wait to get to day 30! i want to add hip hop abs also in to my work out programs! i will be smokin by the end of these 60 days!

O boy! day 4 of insanity! legs were shaking, arms are shaking, sweat is dripping, and i was swearing the whole time! I did it though! i finished and i love it! again i feel so empowered when i finish! 56 more days to go!

day 3 done!



finished day 3- card power and resistance! I am loving this program! i start it and i think omg i cant do 40 mins of this! but i push myself thorough and finished and feel amazing! here are some pictures of how much i sweat during this! i am just so darn proud of my self for committing to this program! not if i could get the eating better down i would be golden!

OUCH!!!

Well day one went great! day two, now so much!! can barely move today! However i ran a mile this morning then did 3sets of 20 presses, butterflies and one other chest lifting weight things. :)
then at lunch I am training a fellow student on the couch25k running program. i gave completed it a while ago but decided to start it again to i can train her! so we ran/walked for 30 mins.
My plan was to do plyo card tonight with insanity but i think i am going to give my body a rest and do it tomorrow! I feel strong though and am very proud of my self for what i have accomplished so far the last 2 days!
